Fallout 4 Creation Kit Tutorials: Creating Custom Furniture with Keywords & Static Collections

This is my first tutorial for Fallout 4 explaining how to create custom furniture and some nifty tricks with static collections.
I'll cover some of the basics of how furniture works in the creation kit and how certain keywords affects how the npcs behave when interacting with it. Also an quick introduction on how to create static collections and ways that they can be used.

amazing very helpful is there anyway you can make this into a constructable object the can be placed using the workshop menu in your settlements would love a tutorial on that :)

Thanks. Hmm maybe. There is a way you can make constructible objects out of Static Collections, but it's a little tricky. They have to render in game from a reference in game. It's strange. I have to experiment a bit with it and see if I can figure something out.

@@HeartImpaled Any time I use a static collection, the moment I turn it into a static collection it falls halfway through the floor, then ingame it shows nothing that uses my static collection, I'm trying to make a custom workbench you can make in workshop but the static nif does not stay?
