On PS5 for me to get it to work. You have to release scrap just before you press store, then hold store. Both scrap and store show up and you can just hit x on both.

Same on Xbox. Really just tap the scrap button with the store button click (and hold) starting right after you start the scrap button tap. If you only get the store dialog, you clicked the store button too soon after the scrap button - only the scrap dialog, you were too late with the store button. Both dialogs - you got it.

It still works. Pro tip: after you successfully duped.. grab the entire amount from the workbench… drop the stack… it’ll make multiple stacks on the ground…. Pick them all up….now when you drop… it makes 1 big stack. Your dupe will go a lot faster each time. Keep doing that each time.

Fair warning when doing that there is a limit to how much at a time you can dupe that limit is 65k any higher numbers it will reset it back to 2 or what ever you are dupeing

This also works with the SPECIAL book to get free attributes. There is a separate glitch to make it a scrappable object. Strip naked. Rename a weapon to the letter y in the weapon upgrade workbench. Go to modify the weapon. Press scrap and modify at the same time. Scrap the weapon. This will bring up the you're special book. Select one of the mods and the mods will disappear. Go back into your inventory and drop the you're special book. You can now go into build mode and use the store/scrap dupe glitch on it.

@@DiscipleOfYahusha You use the same dupe glitch once you do the glitch to make the special book scrappable. With the special book it doesn't COPY the current object. If it did then it would just give you another book you can't use. What is happening in every case the dupe glitch is used is that the object has an action being taken on it that is no longer there. So what happens to recover in the game code is that the golden image (think of as a 'master copy') is used to create a fresh instantiation of that object in the place that it is SUPPOSED to be. The golden image of anything will be in an UNUSED state. Meaning the object prog that causes the stat point gain is still active and usable. The glitches all exploit the same process of a missing object being instantiated from the original in the place it is supposed to end up. If it isn't duping for you then you're either not pulling off the scrap/store glitch or you didn't complete the glitch on the special book that allows it to be scrapped.

k for any1 having trouble doing the dupe glitch this best way to explain it (for pc anyway). Hold the scrap button (x) then realese it and as soon as u see the scrap menu barely pop up (literally as soon as u see the slight pixel outline of a green box) press and hold the store button (tab). make sure u wait like a split second when u release scrap cus if u press store to fast only the store menu will pop up.Then u just hit (enter) on both. Hope this helped someone cus for sure i felt stupid when i found out how easy it was to do after slamming the keys on my keyboard as fast as possible thinking i was doing it to slow for an hour.

Thanks a TON, man. I am on PC and was really struggling to get this to work... It's like you let go of the scrap and a millisecond later hit store. It's definitely a sweet spot thing and I can't make it work but about 25% of the time, but it works for sure.

The dupe glitch works better if you roll across X->A->B. Hold B to make sure it worked before pushing A again. When you get the timing down you can roll across X->A->B->A in one motion like drawing a Y with your thumb. On PC it feels like this one is easier to do after the patch.

You can also use the junk dupe to make caps first place a armor emporium then use the dupe glitch and you can also use the junk dupe on weapons it stores the weapon and the junk and the dogmeat dupe is also still working

Honest Dan is also still exploitable. You ask him "What if she's a Synth?", then walk away after getting the 300 caps. You can then milk him further for unlimited caps, he will also spawn next to you from time to time, starts the quest dialogue again and walks back to the quest location.

Leaving this comment incase anyone sees it: I tested this bug and got some info on it: Because the physics engine of creation is tied to your framerate, lower your FPS increases your odds of making the bug occur, im on PC and I did this by setting my monitors refresh rate to 60fps, Fallout should be locked at 60, but sometimes it doesnt act like it. on console you could just go somewhere very visually busy to lower your FPS. I also did mine using a macro and the times below were at about 80% success rate every time: Press Scrap Wait 200ms Release Scrap Wait 10ms Press Store Wait 2s obv. if you're on console getting down to 10ms isnt reasonable, but the key there is your FPS, the lower it is, the wider the time between releasing scrap and pressing store is.

I've tried your version and it didn't work. The timing for macros seems to depend greatly from PC to PC. I'm adding my own version in case anyone finds it usefull. Press R Wait 10ms Release R Wait 10ms Press Tab Wait 10ms Press E Wait 10ms Release E Wait 10ms Release Tab Notes: 1)It doesn't always work, keep trying 2)what you're looking for is the "store" window opening and the "scrap" one flashing on screen 3)if you got the scrap window to stay on screen it means it will only scrap, retrty 4)if you got the store window to stay but the scrap one never apeared it means it will only store, retry 5)if the item disapeared it means only one of the actions completed (usually scrap), you have to take it from the workshop inventory to retry 6)my PC was locked at a consistent 60 fps while doing this 7)my testing places were "Finch Farm" and "Longfellow's Cabin" (Far Harbour), it should work anywhere but i thought i should mention that

My stuff doesn't disappear as much as it falls through the floor of the builds. I have found. That fast traveling back home doesn't make stuff fall through the floors, but if I walk home and into the settlement, things will fall through the floor. I'm guessing the physical objects load in before the build, so hence why they fall through the floor. 👽

As of right now, there is no known way to dup tickets. 1 way I do know only gives you 1 every minute or so. It's not worth it at all. I just play the basketball game. 👽

usually just keep making duplicate for your shop, it will give you caps, others thing just give you material, but building shop need caps, you can make infinite caps from the shop, i can make 100K caps just from doing duplicate glitch from shop in 30 minutes for building shop you need some stat point to enable the shop building perk

@biulixer Okay, hit Scrap, then Store. Continue to hold Store after hitting Scrap. Hold until you see both menus pop up. While still holding "Store" press action button on both menus (for me it would be A) Hope that helps. 👽

@@ltriggerlhappyl I should have updated this. I used a pool cue instead of a gun because it kept turning into steel instead of the book. Having the output be wood instead fixed it. I'm now 10s across the board, well, 11 on perception, due to a bobblehead.

it works.when ur doing this after releasing scrap (x) u have to wait literally like a milisecond to give the scrap menu time to pop up and as it barely pops up quickly press and hold store (tab). Dont spam x and tab rapidly cus thatll cause only the store menu to pop up. U have to give the scrap menu a split second of time to render in the game.

It’s the square/X button while you have the crafting menu not sure what the button is on pc though

If you are on Xbox, it's X & B. If Playstation Is Square & Circle. I'm not sure about PC, though. Look in your controls in the options if you need to 👽
