For info when you use the place anywhere mod. F1 is canceling snap building. F2 is canceling ground snap. It is a toggle thing.

corvega is a huge place. It could work for a settlement and could use a Diamond Dave clean up there.

If you leave the workshop, put a connection to global stash and set a fast travel marker and workbench marker like on the skk mobile workshop mod page says, it can almost be like a settlement only you won't be able to send companions or settlers there, you'd have to spawn them...if you got the 'cheat terminal' you'd be able to set fast travel spots in that and spawn settlers and animals so it's CLOSE to being a settlement. Only Conquest workshop mod makes full settlments that you could send companions or settlers to. Anyway, so excited to see how the Fallout world will be Diamond Daved for the future!

Your welcome and as for me, I've never played the evil character, I can't raid my own settlements, I can't kill the railroad and or my son or any sorta good people, only those that want to harm me. I've got this mod called Subversion and it lets you make peace with all the factions and no one has to die. There's also a mod that heals your son so never really wanted to play a bad guy or gal...but that is what the game allows so we'll see how it goes.

Fun Fact about BOS that's Going to give you a lot of trust issues is the BOS are Just more organized and power hungry Raiders This Fact is confirmed when you ask the shop keeper for work and he wants you to "Recruit" a Settlement to Feed The BOS and he even says Use force if you have too and if your a HR In BOS and go to Nuka world Gage Will Talk about you literally saying that BOS and Raiders are very alike

Oh I'm definitely aware :) Proctor Tegan will give you raider like quests and if you use the Minutemen to destroy the Institute, Proctor Quinlan will say it's inspired to use others to achieve the BOS objectives.

The only settlement I ever bothered to build was the location farthest way on the map, just to put Peterson there, it was a bed in the middle of nowhere. I didn't care for a settlement needs your help quests. What is odd to me with Bethesda Fallout games, people live in ruins, have not bothered to remove the trash, fixed the roofs, removed the skeletons. I do not think people will be content living in ruins for 200 years. I get it if is it just after the bombs drop. You assume that socity has restarted and geting stuff going, like some industry going. It might take some time to restore all the buildings sense there is not that much powertools around. Lets say they toke 20 years to restore some city parts to live in, that is something that can be done.

conquest you can make full settlements with....mobile mechanic you can just scrap and build but they won't be a settlement.

Hello Dave! Great video, I am a big settlement builder myself. I have a question for ya, if I use the settlement expansion mod. will it effect my already "finished " settlements? I also got a tip for ya. There is a mod called Settlement Management. You load a halo tape into the Vault-Tec Population Management computer. Then go thur the menus till you find the command to show spawn points. It does work with vanilla and the mod that adds on more settlements.
