Fallout 4 glitch: Dogmeat swimming in midair

This spot in the game is really glitchy for dogmeat, once he fell in the water and he couldnt move no matter what, he still looked at me and had his swimming animation, but he wouldnt move. I tried commanding him, no luck.

I'd say I'm surprised but then I remembered it's Bethesda, it wouldn't be a Bethesda game if it wasn't riddled with hundreds of random bugs(both hilarious ones and game breaking ones) and I got an odd texture bug in that same area.

My character has done this too. But hey, classic fallout

I am playing on PC and the textures of this rocks are not loaded or bugged for me.

+Péter Tóth I'm having the exact same issue. It also seems that the player character (and Dogmeat) clip right through those areas where textures are not loaded properly.
