First beat the game and struggle if you want the trophies/ achievements after that use cheats. it's a whole new game when you do this.

Yes it disables trophies because it uses the nodded features that edit files. The only way this works is to download save wizard, a PC program for 50/60 bucks, and that allows some save editing in there. Like 9999999 items and money and xp/level gain for all perks and such. Plusbthey got thousands of games on there
