Now that's what I'd call a complete and distinctive settlement. This place has it all. It's really what a real thriving settlement would look like in the apocalypse too. If I could bang the like button for an hour straight, I would.

SuperbLegend -- Me neither. Not building anyway. Survival mode just seems to punish you for even trying to build settlements. That and I've had some mod problems, and my Doom let's play. But back to the positives: this was the most realistic settlement I've ever seen! That's no bullshit. You nailed it.

There's a few things that I really like here: the setscaling of the statues and the mannequins to shrink and place them in the display cases is brilliant. The custom sanctuary house when you first go through the gate is really nicely laid out. I also liked the warehouse/factory. I know those aren't new ideas, but they're really well done here. One small bit of criticism though, I think builders who use mods should always add in a link to a screenshot showing your plugins tab from Nexus so people can copy your load order. Having all the best mods ever doesn't mean squat if people can't actually USE them. Other than that, splendid.

There were definitely workshop mods and a few console commands like making the TV bigger and probably didn't make it far in story my saves always break somehow or need a reinstall.

Wish I could set a bunch of items down without having to worry about them glitching through the environment whenever I come back. Bethesda seriously needs to fix that for us console peasants.

Most. I try to set bottles, plates, food, chems, kitchenware, you name it; 90% of the time they'll glitch through the environment the moment I return. 5% of the time, they'll stay for a while but eventually fall through, the other 5% they'll stay put forever.
