Fallout 4: What makes you S.P.E.C.I.A.L. (Charisma)

Charisma build for fun, but man it is so hard for me not to do my typical 10 luck 10 agil 10 int , 1 chr, 3 str and 2 percept 4 end .. you become a glass cannon who relies on luck alone (crit) you can end it quick with a good crit sneak, or once you're in VATS range a crit headshot almost always guarantees victory I say almost always because I swear I've seen NPC get MORE accurate after crippled head or arm.. For modded players, grab ragdoll mod and VATS slow mo, then simply shoot the gun out of anyone's hand and it will go flying , just back peddle them like a rad scorpion 😂
