Fallout 76 Camp Tutorial | Twenty-Five Wall Tricks for Beginners and Pro Builders

This is a big tutorial on many, many tips and tricks regarding walls.
Some of these tricks I discovered while making the tutorial, just from experimentation, which was pretty fun, but also pretty taxing.
With the exception of Aussie Kitty Kat's vine walls, I figured most of these out on my own, or the trick is so old, there's no telling who came up with it for credit purposes. That's not to say that someone may not have come up with the same ideas. So if you see something that you believe you came up with first, and there is video evidence, I have no problem adding you as credit to this description.
I specifically left some of the wall tricks out that I knew belonged to other people, because they were not necessary to do this tutorial. Thank you for checking out my tutorial, and I hope it helps!

Dude, I cannot imagine the time you put into these so thank you!! These glitches and methods work on consoles as well as PC? I just started playing a couple weeks ago and am having a heck of a time figuring out all the camp building mechanics. F.O. 4 seemed so much easier. I am all about merging and glitching pieces to make fun and goofy things and I appreciate how you break things down to a level I can follow. 🔥💯

I am fairly certain that all of my tips and tricks function the same over all platforms. PC has a bit of an advantage due to better key mapping, but are at a disadvantage if they ever decide to film their camps unless they get a controller. Then they have it better than console due to the limitless video editing software options. Definitely check out more tutorials if building in Fallout 76 is something you're interested in. I have dozens, but there are other fantastic builders out there with even better tutorials. Thanks for finding my channel and giving it a watch!

You definitely can! I'm considering a tutorial on how I build there. I have a tutorial on how to build under the bridge at the General's Steakhouse that I plan on releasing in a week or two. I plan on doing more tutorials on pre-existing structures in the future, if there is a demand for them.

But I have to rebuild, im not allowed to remove floors anymore and since forgot how I even built there in the first place....a tutorial would be Heavensent!!!

@@sonofczarnian5288 My first rule of building up there is don't use floors, unless you're willing to own their placement forever. That build was made from all roofs and walls. But my tutorial will demonstrate everything when I get time to make it!

Cool tricks, it's a shame Bethesda limits players so much and makes players have to use glitches to make CAMP bases. I finally gave up on making cool looking CAMPs and just build what's needed for free resources with a vendor.

Yes, so that one is in a bundle in each condole's store. It's cakes the Pitt Bundle, age it comes with the Pitt shelter and some other stuff. I think it's $20 for the bundle.

@@reneaudette1208 You can put in a Bethesda Support ticket for the Shelter Catwalk Bundle, as long as you have the atoms. It could take anywhere for a couple days to a couple weeks, but you can get them that way if you want them.

Less is more when it comes to camp size. If you keep your camp a modest size, you can really go crazy with things like wall modifications and merges.

The build budget is a real headache. I tend to build small and decorate big. Little buildings allow you to do creative stuff like this.

You can still do the half wall technique that I showed in the video. I have had some success with the greenhouse wall.

Well that shows that I havent used the clean ranch walls recently as I used to use them and wallpaper them all the time... odd.

I think it's because it won't let you wallpaper any of the wood paneling, and the window is almost entirely wood paneling.

So these tricks are how people make trap camps... I went into one where it seemed fine but it was double walled as I went back to see wtf and they had some kind of device silently killing me..

These tricks are for making all kinds of camps. I've never made a trap camp, but I've been using most of these tricks for years. To make a trap camp, you need to have traps. Outside of using a Flamer to destroy walls, nothing about these tricks encourages trap camp building. I guess you could say the same thing about the internet. It is mostly used for good, but it can be used to do bad things as well.
