You cant get the plans for the union power armor from this vendor anymore. Its be removed from his inventory. This isnt talked about enough

Are you sure? That was a bug from several months ago, where learning a plan wasnt making your character learn the crafting, so Bethesda took some of those plans out. Namely Union Power Armor plans and the Auto Axe. As far as I know, they were added back in once the bug was fixed. I did end up getting the Auto Axe plan after all that happened, in December. So unless they took it out again, they should be available at Giuseppe.

They were added back but then another bug happened so they disabled the blueprint

Damn these outfits are disappointing except for the one with the hood that I like . I. Hope we can get outfits of the enemies in expeditions those are cool.
