Absolutely! Certain armor effects can make a drastic difference in your damage output or survivability.. Having a couple pieces with reduced food/drink/chem can free up perk points for say Dodgy or Adrenaline in Agilty or even Blocker or Barbarian in Strength.

I'm wondering if they'll add an *Unyeilding Effect but for High Health* legendary in the future or when four stars come to the game. In fact when four stars come, *let's hope they change how Legendaries work by giving us the guaranteed number of effects based on the stars of an enemy (4 star enemies would give four star legendaries, 3 star enemies would give 3 star Legendaries for example)

Juggernaut's could be the exact opposite of bloodied giving more damage the higher your health, this would give Tanks the ability to deal good damage like a bloodied sneak build, plus the having an effect that gives the same stats as Unyeilding but for high health would give people the option to be remain bloodied or not and go with Juggernaut

I crafted a Bolstering Hellcat PA torso w/chem, food and drink weight reduction, my best PA craft so far. I have a couple more various prefixes with ammo weight reduction so at least the armor is useable now (weight) with low health build.

I appreciate you putting this list together. I think you're the only KZbin channel to put a list like this together, however I have one major disagreement. I believe that aristocrats should easily be top tier for full health and heres why. All the first prefixes 1 major disadvantage and I believe that Aristocrats is the easiest one to manage. With Vanguard ,once you are below 45% ? It looses its primary effect . Bolstering sucks because it has no effect until your at 30% and you don't get the benefits that unyielding has. So Aristocrats is the soundest choice because it doesn't matter what your health condition is . Your always +20 As of right now ,I have 3 pieces of Aristocrats and with the armor backpack I'm sitting at 588 ballistic resistance. Wanna bet with a few more tweeks and 2 more AR prices I get it 650 ? Can you say TANK? Lol great video and tanks for putting it together.

Your not wrong. The weakness to this build is if your vending hoping and not selling at the same time.

I totally understand your perspective! I did have aristocrat in second tier previously just because you don't need to micro manage your health, but because it's only a +20 ER and DR for each piece, I couldn't justify putting it equal to bolstering and Vanguard's. With secret service armour, +20 is making a small difference even as you start to stack, whereas +35 is almost double. In my eyes, if you're low health you're better off with bolstering and high health you're better off with Vanguard's, because it's not that hard to keep yourself at the required health level. 30k caps is a lot for some people who want to spend too.

I wish you could drop the secret service to help ppl out. I just rolled a full secret service set yesterday every piece is unyielding ap refresh and weapon weight reduction. But I have some extra unyielding ss pieces that are going to waste now cuz you can't give them to friends.

Good tiers and explanations mate. I threw together a set of full-health Thorn armor to hold me over while grinding a full unyielding set. It's a random mix of your B tier -15% stuff plus a hunter's, most with either +S or powered, and a couple are cavalier's, just things I rolled while hoping for unyielding bits. I've got to say, between the full health and damage reductions it's the tankiest my unarmed guy has ever been and a total beast in decryption Ops. The only real issue I have is poison...those poison-exploding mole miners yesterday were annoying, but still easily manageable with born survivor. Pretty surprising results, to be honest. But I still prefer the power of a full unyielding +S or powered cavalier set above anything else for the unarmed build, especially since a sprinting attack is a power attack, and the agility bonus is really game changing. Even with around 17-18 agility and the Thorn sneak bonus I'm constantly detected as soon as I engage.

Overeaters is meta on power armour because of electric absobion. You don't need energy resistance if energy weapon attacks heal you.

I personally like to have auto stim because sometimes I get hit with a barrage of attacks that i dont see comming that would normally have killed me but it pops a stim for me saving me

For the most part but unyielding for instance doesn't drop for power armour. Plus chameleon isn't really good for power armour. I'd say overeaters is the best for power armour

Great! Thank you. With regards to Unyielding, one thing I am not certain about but I think is true, that you didn't mention, is that intelligence also affects weapon durability. I crafted unyielding armor and was lucky to get a full set quickly. But it's not very durable. I crafted weapons while wearing the armor, at very low health, and for example my bloodied gauss shotgun is extremely durable. I probably have to fix it every 6000 shots, maybe even less often, when fixed to double weapon condition. I have heard others say that the same shotgun can last them only a few hundred. So that is an interesting topic to explore. I wonder if luck is also involved, but I can't find anything to support that idea. Anyway, I love your lists and explanations. Thank you.

Fireproof perk, I think, is worth the investment, because also a bloodied build facing a scorchbeast can really use the complete nullification of the sonic attacks. No worries about those attacks, at all. But it's interesting to hear your choices. (Clarification.. I use a gauss weapon, usually, with explosive damage. I need fireproof not just for the scorchbeast sonic attacks but also for not killing myself all the time. I don't think armor with a little explosive damage protection can be good enough to replace the perk).

Hey Lone, I finally got a complete set of Weapons Weight Reduction Armor after about 6 months of searching. Which is awesome considering I carry a 2 shot gauss shotgun, 2 Fixers, Handmade, and 1 or 2 sometimes Railway Riffle's.

I love autostim and born survivor. Not having to go through the animation of a stimpack is nice. And I will say the cryo damage effect isn’t bad cuz when it does activate it will slow the enemy which can be helpful.

So the main question is: what is the probability of each effect? Are they all have equal probability? Because if i want SS chest piece unyielding+weapons i need to know the amount of effort i have to embrace. Because if those effect are equal in chance, that means 1 of 20 for the unyielding multiplied by 1 of 20 for weapons multiplied by 2/3(2 legendary stars and 3 star rolls). So the total chance is 0.05*0.05*0.66=0.00165 which is one of 606 rolls can potentially be the one. At which point it makes this set of armor worthless of effort

I don't like bloodied builds at all I like a full health build so your list will help with that thank you. Working on a melee, comando full health build. With a quick swap to a big guns for the scorch Queen.

If you fine with glitching (nothing complicated) then you can complete either wards (vital equipment) or chloe's (play time) daily quests and keep handing in the rewards this can give you infinite scrip and if you do ward treasury notes but it does make it feel a lot less rewarding when you go and get your ss armour and get your God roll so only do it if you seriously cant be bothered to go and get it Ps: dont tell Todd

Doesn't caviar reduce all income my damage by 15% while blocking making it really good at closing the gap between range enemies? Or am I mistaken, cuz the perk doesn't specify melee dmg Edit: you can block while sprinting if you are in third person.

The favt you have auto stim so low being a low health player is absurd. Auto stim is yop teor for survival both as a full and low health. One piece along with the rest a set of unyielding is almost unkillable in almost every scenario

Bloodied sneak commando is awesome if you max out all your perception and all 3 commando cards, tank killer and concentrated fire. Max out agility with sneak, covert operative, action boy/girl, adrenaline, evasive. (I use thru-hiker to reduce weight of food/drink). Finally max luck with bloody mess, psychopath, better criticals, class freak, starched genes (i also run good with salt to make food last longer) I use a full set of unyielding scout armor and a quad fixer. In sneak i can kill most enemies in 3 shots or less.
