Executioner is still multiplicative and it seems to give you 50% plus even if you shoot an enemy with one shot where it starts with more than 40% but your one shot makes so much damage that it goes below 40% in that one shot. So a very underated effect. Also very good to finish off bosses.

I like Mutant's for being a simple 25% buff. Just pick your 5 mutations and then slap on Starched Genes so you don't lose them while accidentally walking through some player's decontamination arch. It's not the strongest buff, but it's most worry-free one. Don't have play a specific way or suffer any downsides, once it's on its always on.

To be honest, your previous mic setup sounds much better. The new setup is too muffled, too 'dark'. Maybe try to move your mic sound settings just in between your previous setup and the new one. That could be really great. But I must say: overall your complete video + audio + lighting setup is already one of the best that I've seen on YT. I understand that you're always doubting the quality and trying to improve. But really, you are already doing a fantastic job. Same goes for the content and depth of your videos. It's pretty unique. Hey lone, as a sneaky low health comando build I'd add this info right here: 25% faster fire rate indeed boosts your damage as well if you're rocking follow through. Because the faster your fire rate and if you're sneaking, you'll be dealing more and more damage if you shoot quicker when you have follow through on. Using my b2525 fixer or my qe25 railway I can deal a LOT of damage to bosses, I can solo earl no prob using my comando.

If “Executioner’s” is still multiplicative (and it looks it is) like before this update, it deals about only 3% less damage than “Bloodied” in terms of DPS. So it can be in a higher tier. May be even in the top one.

Instigating on a Black Powder rifle with a stealth/rifleman build and Covert Operative maxed is absolutely devastating when sneak attacking. With a range of 395...yeah👌Coupled with the Follow Through Legendary perk and a quick weapon switch on tougher enemies, or even a second shot from the BP weapon used or a secondary carried, and it's hoot.

Idk if you could roll a legendary black powder blunderbuss before Steel Reign update but I found a vanilla lvl50 on a sheepsquatch and crafted a juggernauts explosive and it’s actually kind of amazing.

I would move "lucky" up a notch in the rankings, with the boss fights having superior armor, utilize your critical perks in luck, and the fact vats crits shots uniquely ignore armor, you can spam your crits shots to pop off on every other shot and absolutely melt the SBQ and Earl

I use a furious/50crit/15cf fixer....it’s really effective on bosses. Sometimes feel it out does my bloodied weapons. 🤷🏻‍♂️

@@clarktarkten I had been using an ammo glitched dragon for awhile on boss fights, but recently rolled an anti-armor / breaks 50% slower / Vats critical do 50% more damage .... and I am using that now. Breaking g slower and those crit bonus', its insane damage when I spam criticals on SBQ or Earl. I've read that critical ignore armor, so it's deadly in those fights and I've shelved my bloody dragon for now

Forgot one of the uses for basher. Minigun shredder uses basher last i was told. That thing shreds now that the weapon condition does not go down from using it. Unless im fighting the queen its about all i use now.

i always played a bloodied handmade with a bloodied stealth commando build. Shortly i got my hands on a explo-quad-fixer and i NEVER want to go back to a bloodied weapon. with the Quad Fixer i can easily kill about 4-5 enemies without having to reload or go out of the VATS. i paired this with the reaper perk lately and realised that i am able to shoot all 80 bullets in one VATS go and deal insane amounts of dmg in that time. In the colossal problem i just stay behind and kill 7-10 wendigos with one mag and hitting everything around with the explo ammo. The only thing missing on my Fixer is "less ap cost" i think i will continue to roll 3 star effects for my fixer till i can get on one of following combinations Combination 1: - Quad - less AP Cost - Lucky (crit dmg +50%) or Combination 2: - Quad - inertial (AP with Kill) - faster Crit meter (+15%) But at the end there are some good combinations. i prefer Quad as Tier 1 Mod just cause the 20 bullets clip in a Fixer or Handmade is way to small. if you have to stop shooting to reload, you loose so much dmg potential

I do want to add that +25 aim on the gat plasma, gat laser and gauss minigun with bloodied is the most powerful those weapons can get for the time being until 4 star effects come out.

Btw totally agree with the ffr on the gauss mini. I got vampires, 2shot and AA Gauss minis and all 3 with the 25 ffr and alotta people dont realize all the Gauss Miniguns have natural explosive and furious traits to ALL of them. Since exp is natural on it ffr all the way every time and it makes a big difference

Hitman legendary effect does activate while aiming with scopes. If you are fast enough opening your pip boy you can see the damage increase before it fades.

Excellent! Mic sounds good. I can hear a little of gravel in your voice but it works in a way. One thing to add. Nocturnal is maxing out at 60% not 50% as its highest peak. Edit because I'm dumb. Effects that say when aiming down sights DO work with scopes. Just did a ton of testing with it to confirm.

I used to consider mutants trash but got an explosive mutants 50 cal with breaks 50% slower that is now my walking around gun. So happy with it. Not my anti armor gauss mini gun damage but without spin up.

I only roll 2 star ranged weapons, really no point in 3 stars IMO unless you are going for a heavy gun and get lightweight. I don't use VATS often, never had an issue with AP when I do use it, no use for anything else as I main heavy guns and explosives. This is especially important when it comes to crafting specific legendaries as the cost adds up super fast.

I agree. I’m bloodied so weight and ap isn’t an issue especially with grim reapers sprint, I have speed demon mutation so reload isn’t an issue either. Why waste the extra modules and cores to get basically he same weapon.

Def my vampires guass shotgun is my go to for just about everything except bosses etc while using it in vats low ammo consumption, never really breaks, 1 or 2 shots most enemies, never have to use stim packs xD Good info.

Quad is very good dont get me wrong but the weapon magazine size glitch is still possible to do just in a different way to before meaning ypur b/aa etc weapons can have up to 499 ammo in one magazine meaning quad is less effective because there will be people dping the mag glitch

I run a weird explosives heavy gunner / weight build Zealots faster fire rate gatling plasma with 30% in heavy card damage and stabilized helps during SBQ if you get the right buffs from everyone you can get up to 150 dmg per headshot, usually only 20-50 though

When it comes to damage just get a NW Laser or Combat rifle. They do better damage than anything les on this chart. Not only that but you can roll legendary effects on them now to make them the most OP thing we’ve seen. Also I don’t know why he ranked Executioners that low as it is multiplicative 50% and when bosses are below 40%, anything executioners does BIIIIIG damage.

Steadfast is actually very good to have for heavy guns. +50% damage resistance while aiming. You don’t use vats for heavy guns. So it don’t hurt to aim and get more damage resistance

Junkies is top tier in my opinion. There is literally no maintenance at all. The negative of addictions is very small and not noticeable at all if you have the right addictions for your class. Much easier than staying above 29k caps. My junkies heavy gunner is an absolute beast. Solo queen or earl is not even a challenge. I love my bloodied commando too the dps is crazy, but only my junkies heavy feels like an invincible god.

I use a Quad Explosive Fixer and its great. But I just crafted a Quad Faster Fire Rate Fixer and the Quad FFR actually takes out enemies faster, The fire rate is unbelievable for a rifle.

what about when you are using a bloodied melee build? ik it doesnt sound optimal, as you would need to rush at enemies to engage, but with the right build you could utilize that +1 End on the weapon.

Executioner is 50% multiplicative damage. It absolutely wrecks when you switch to it during the queen or Earle. Take two weapons with you obviously. Junkies is 50% damage bonus with marginally low drawbacks. Are you a noob or something... the damage is solid. 2 star effect, you have 50% increase vats critical damage, you have in the orange section?? I don’t think you truly know the damage output of some/half of these weapons. And the problem with these weapon guides, is that the people watching these don’t understand the correct legendary combination to be a particular weapon. .... like problem will charge 6000 caps for a b/50c/25 mini gun. Like that doesn’t make sense but they think it’s god tier rolls that make sense. Have ppl no brains. You should do a series of weapons, break down of each weapon class, and going over the best legendary effects for each individual weapon, .... if you have good idea.

I run atm a full health vampires with taking one for the team and ricochet. Mostly am a tank and just soften up bosses for bloodied builds and have to say it feels really amazing even at full health especially on high ROF weapons.

If played correctly full hp heavy gunner is the biggest beast. I have 5 maxed chars and can confirm it. When i enter with my full hp i feel like literally a god. Best dps and best survivability. Btw if played correctly i think heavy build has even more dps than stealth commando.

I use a heavy junkie build, my gatling gun has obv junkie and then fire rate buff, can't recall the third.. not particularly great. But yesterday I crafted a new gat that dropped with gourmands, explosive rounds and reload speed buff.. With demo expert it does roughly 30-40 points more damage. Maybe it's time to lose my addictions 😅 have had them for so long.

Nice video man! Quick question though. The Anti-Armor effect mentioning only physical and damage resistance, this doesn’t mean it doesn’t work for energy weapons that do energy damage correct? I know that used to be a thing but it was fixed and now energy weapons get the anti-armor benefit for the energy damage they do now. Just looking for some clarification. So the way it works is that it alters the physical & energy damage resistance of enemies, not their radiation, cryo, fire or poison resistance. So, it does work with your energy weapons to bypass half of their energy resistance. Does that make sense?

Hey the steady effect doesn't work for stealth because you're crouching. You need to be standing to get the bonus 25percent damage so you would lose the stealth
