Years later and I'm still in the camp i built here. Ive never moved it and it's my most used camp. This location with this video as a guide for layout and getting everything started. At least they gave us slots so i could suffer rebuilding it for my main as i was too attached to my original camp.

Back in the day I had similar sort of build on the broken part of the Devil's Backbone bridge, so I could justify the 'toll' as providing a service of 'fixing' the broken part and allowing passage.

I going with, checkpoint converted into a trading post for this one. Devil's Backbone is s good spot though. I should add it to the list!

I used that trick on my Boat build its really effective when you have narrow passages to work around, also the curtain doors work really well.

Nice use of this spot. Been my mains CAMP area since a few weeks after launch. Don't think it's that popular though I've maybe once had someone in my spot in over a year. If you place that first foundation dead middle in the water a little lower you can fit 3 walls and seal up the front very nice.

This is my favorite base setup but the stone foundation was not my friend and it would not click the way you did it, so it’s a bit awkward but I managed to make it similar from below and above.

I generally try to avoid visibly trailing wires if I can. I think what I did here was to run them along the back of the walls. The bunker doesn't fill the entire space under the bridge so there's a bit of space back there to hide them.

I made a great camp at the acid/lead cliffside. Nothing floating, connected top to bottom. Cave lab looking good. Lost my PSN though and now doing an Abernathy farm style at the farm in the west. Forget the name, but I squezzed 6 stories in.

From what I remember I messed around trying to get it to work for quite a while. It was a case of trial and error and quite a bit of patience.

It's the Cinderblocks wallpaper. It was on the Atomic Shop way back. I haven't seen it in ages though. Still, I'd keep an eye out, these things do come back around.

There is a way to build foundations all the way through even in those spots rhey wont place. I found blowing the skeletons out of there with grenades helped be able to place in those spots. Have a video of my base in this location on my page.

I used this place a few years ago when i was palying FO76 ON PS4,now i am on pc i dont use it as on ps4 it got nuked twice and attacked quite often it may of changed now but be warned and even 2 years ago someone else would also have there camp on here just some warnings for you.

It's pretty unusual for that area to get nuked these days. It's still a fairly popular spot to build though.

Those have always been there. They're a bit of a nightmare to work around but it can be done.

I HATE that spot these days. you just can't build there like you used to before the only workaround I've found is that upperfloors are a BIT easier to build with so I build a stairway down and use those as flooring

If you logged in and got a message that it couldn't be placed then just jump to another server. It'll be there waiting. If you accidentally moved the camp unit then you may need to scrap the blueprints and start over.
