So not even a single new plan was added? Thats a bummer as then I can't do what was suggested by Gilpo as I already learned all previously available plans. Then I might just keep the party packs in my stash in hope there will be another update with new plans or at least until the new crafting system is released as storing a guaranteed 3 star weapon for scrapping with just 1 carry weight is still a good deal.

Refreshing the rewards for mutated packs is a welcome change, just like Minerva, i understand there are a lot of new players, but there are also veterans to the game like myself that could use incentives to keep playing and paying for the game.

I don't collect to trade, I recently won the Wasteland Lottery and just use the items for display. While I can understand them trying to remove the trade for cash etc that they don't control a lot of people grind for rare items. Removing that aspect of the game might lose players. Maybe they need to focus on rare player locked items which at least retains the grind even though it kills the trade.

I had one red dress that I traded for something I wanted, I was lucky that a friend has gifted me a red one later on but I still want to grind for the red for the chance to have at least two. I have multiples of the other colours; pink forest, yellow. This update will kill the market the ingame market I mean. They will never stop money exchanging hands behind the scenes, players will find another rare items to trade for cash ao where does it end, duping is still happening even though they tried to fix that, they killed cutting fluid which was really hard to get, I know players creating new characters just to try to get this plan, then deleting that character to start over. I don't think they will lose players, not see that happen when legacies were removed. But the incentive for those wanted to for red dress will likely mean less game play from them. Many will just log on to do their dailies and some public events then log out. I mean it was such a good feeling being the lucky one finding that ultra rare red dress.

Yep. Been playing for well over a year, and grinding for outfits has never really appealed. I do feel slightly bad for those affected by the changes, but that's the breaks with live service games: metas change, so don't get to invested.

I put treasure maps in my vendor for 1 cap. Even then they hardly sell. 5000 hours and I've never even attempted to do one. Now they clog up the loot pool for these? All I want is this to come back so I can get a cutting fluid for my new toon. This I feel is gonna reduce the drop chance for the useful plans.

As someone who played when the game first came out, took a break for a few years, and picked it up again during fall last year..I think this is great! I saw a comment about someone who has played since launch and paid money for one. This shouldn’t be imo. 1. No way I’m paying money for an item in a game like that. 2. No way someone shouldn’t get even one after 6 years of playing. That and the trading I see on reddit is ridiculous. I saw a post for 7.5k LL3s for a glowing mask? Or leaders, or dresses, etc. I even saw someone offer 6 old masks for a new one on one post. I’m aware of the duping in the earlier days…7.5k LL3s? Come on now…😒 so I think this will help out in that aspect

This is horrible logic… If you want the red asylum nurse apparel now the only want to get it practically is to farm it from Fort Defiance. That’s something you need to focus on specifically. With the changes, every single Mutated Party Pack opened will have a chance to drop it. The amount of red asylum nurse dresses in the game is going to skyrocket and kill it’s value.

I can farm the Asylum indefinitely. But at the same time .. I don't want the ultra rare items to end up in another loot pool . I have a love / hate relationship with the grind

I think I already learned all plans from the mutated party packs and even when there are new plans added to them the chance is high that I already got them the normal way. In this case I don't have better chances to get the outfits.

All other rewards in this lists are plans, just the clothes aren't. Those are just the items. The names start with "clothes", plans start with "recipe".

Another great video . I like how they're non- biased , straight to the data mine content . I would love to see you make a video after these with your opinions on the changes / items . I know these are sometimes subject to change or not added .. But if this change is 100% , i feel like they're really chipping away at the trading portion of 76 . For instance , the Red Asylum dress is still ultra rare , but them putting it into another loot / drop pool raises the odds . I STILL haven't gotten the red dress out of over a thousand Asylum runs , But that's what makes it so rare and sought after . The ultra rare items is the only reason i still play . I have something to log into and grind for . This is almost as bad as them putting a similar / exact item in the Atomic shop

@@dot2062 the ultra rare list contains only plans and one list of clothing, that includes also the asylum dresses. It's a "sub-list" between plans. That's what I was trying to explain. If you look at the definitions in the files, you can see the plans starting with "recipe" in the beginning of their names. The asylum dresses start with "clothing" and are the actual clothes, not plans.

I see a lot of comments about the dresses. Everyone needs to remember that these items have been duped to death. If you're on a trading site, you can get all of the dresses very easily. They are no longer rare. People in my discord were talking about this last night. The most rare is the yellow when we took our survey in our group. Red has been over duped and flooding the market so everyone has those. Remember, you'll always have the goal of finding one naturally in the world if you choose. Thanks for all you do Nuka Knights. I've been trying to learn data mining and you always do a great job. You have the entire community "reporting" all you find. ❤

The "rare" items will turn into being worthless and since they are no longer rare there won't be any point to having them. I don't farm or trade the rare apparel items (I have most of them except some of the dresses and the Fasnahct masks because it's a boring event and terrible looking masks), so I don't really care either way. The only point of caution I would point out is that for many players once they have the items they want they just quit because there is really nothing else to do in the game.
