Fallout 76 - Strongest Full Health Commando Build

I've been looking for something like this.. I need ALOT more perk points though.. I have a hard time getting them.. but all the other Fixer/commando builds are all bloodied and I HATE playing the bloodied setup, thanks so much for this!

This is a fantastic build, unfortunately as a hoarder of chems and fusion cores, I need those weight reducing cards. So, AP refresh takes a hit and I need to use those legendary SPECIAL cards... Overall though, I think this is one of if not the best full health stealth commando videos I've seen, Nice work!

Well you can get the chemist mod for your backpack to reduce 90% weight and Batteries Included is in inteligent so you can switch Demo expert for that but yes with more legendary specials would be better!

I had forgotten about the chemist pack mod, in my entire play time I've only ever used the +60 mod. I might give the other pack mods a chance and fiddle with my loadouts, thanks for the reminder!

If the only chems you use are radaway and stims you can actually replace them with Nuka colas. Personally I switched from stims and radaways to using Nuka Orange and Nuka Grape instead since I was already using the less food weight mod and nukas count under that. Also even with the weight mods on both food and chems I think Nuka ends up weighing less regardless so maybe it could be a good alternative.

It seems to me that "Follow Through" doesn't go well with commando builds. The damage buff doesn't seem to apply when you fire automatic weapons, cuz the damage being done keeps the same through all the shots fired. Only when you fire a single shot, wait at least one second and then fire the second shot, the damage buff on the second shot (and so on) takes place.

Go full health if you want about 40% less experience per kill that you would get from full unyielding at 20% health. Wouldn't you only need 1 piece of chameleon armor to do the job? Also combat armor is clunky and loud and is not for sneaking.

This build will get even better when you add legendary perks! I have 2 characters, 1 bloodied and the other Full health and even if bloodied build are stronger , full health are more easygoing! Ps: if you play with AA weapons and perforating magazine you can completely remove tank killer perk card and save 3 points

if ur goin full health you should at least go for 24 luck with 3 in critical savy, and use a weapon with 15 critical for the 3rd star ull be able to crit every other shot. ur best bet would be an AA/50c/15c weapon as a full health. if u absolutely want to be full health get urself 15 luck, Shieled vault suit (+2 luck) +5 Luck Legendary perk card maxed out, Herd Mentality serum (+2 stats in teams) 15 critical fill for ur 3rd star roll on ur weapon, and rank 3 crit savy perk card and ull be doin the best possible dps u can as a full health build. def chose a commando build as its the best in the game, u still wont touch a bloody build DPS but ull be able to have full health and not hit like a wet noodle.

Hello, As a beginner, your build is a nice inspiration for me and I think I'll adopt a lot from it. I also have a blueprint for the Handmade, but I don't know how to unlock the modifications for the Handmade since I can't find any Handmade from enemies. Is there a specific location where they drop more frequently or something like that?

Nop, just craft low level handmades and use the perk super duper in luck to craft more and after scrap them

No trick to get them from Rads, its just Random from Rands so you can found them in Player Vendors for around 500caps/mutation, look for camps that sell a lot of chems

You have to either roll the gun for legendary effects, or get lucky and have the gun you want drop with the right legendary effects, just the other day I was rolling for an AAE 50 Cal LMG and got jack shit for effects then I went and did a public event and got the perfect roll
