That NCR reveal was great. Did anyone else notice that Lucy's vault ALSO had a chalkboard with a timeline on it ending in a nuke. And in vault 4 you see essentially the same thing except its detailing what happened to shady sands. It feels like civilization built itself back up, then blew itself up again like its some kind of cycle that always ends in vault tec.

Genuine question, do you think him being an activist helps? He might be kinda used to some pretty serious conversations.
@TheDoctor2nd8 ай бұрын
@wakoblank I would say it definitely doesn't hurt, but I love that they bring his indigenous background into it as well. Charlie knows Cooper isn't bigoted, but he recognizes his friend has a blindspot about how he's perceived in their industry. Cooper is genuine when he says that he portrayed his role well, but fails to see how the "mystic Indian who can commune with nature" is a bad stereotype for Charlie's people, and the fact that Charlie personally is doing well doesn't make up for it.

Ghoulification is random. Most humans in the wasteland will die after long exposure to radiation. Ghouls are the ones that adapted and mutated after long exposure to the irradiated wasteland. But there are also humans who became resistant to radiation, like the faction called The Children of the Atom. They did not turn into ghouls.
@Phanthief958 ай бұрын
As well, depending on how much radiation they’re exposed to, a ghoul can become feral if the radiation exposure affects their minds. Some can even become a type of ghoul known as a Glowing One, where from an overabundance of radiation exposure they become a walking conduit of radiation. Almost all of them are feral, with only 2 known Glowing Ones still possessing sentience.

I never really understood what the connection between the ritual in the vault was and the character of Moldaver? Why are they doing this ritual? The character doesn't seem to have anything in common with the ritualists?

I'm assuming she's some sort of God for them because she saved them while they were on the surface and or she's a religious figure

All head canon here Shady sands started from a small tribe I believe. These rituals might just be something passed down generation from generation. She's probably held to high figures maybe from saving them and finding them vault 4 to live in. Only thing I can think of

We might find out in future series as to why she hasn’t really aged and has played a part of post apocalyptic Shady Sands etc, if not a Ghoul then she has played a demi god role of sorts to both surface dwellers and now vault 4 residents… who were surface dwellers…

@@richardroberts1503I think w.e vault she came from(if she did...has to) it's something akin to vault 31 for ppl of higher status Since so far both game n show...if ur a pre war human in the wasteland...you were either frozen or a ghoul 😅

Out of all the Comments, no one has brought up Lucy McClane is John Mcclanes daughter. Is this a nod to Die Hard
@John_Locke_1088 ай бұрын
Thank you. I've been saying this in comments since the first episode. But pretty much nobody else has noticed. Are we the only two people who know Die Hard by heart?

Spoilers If it’s anything like Fallout 4, chances are Cooper’s daughter is the one pulling the strings now. Probably revealed to be the main antagonist of season 2 and has her own convincing, but sinister reasons as well.

After you guys finish Amazon's Fallout, would you consider to an episodic review of Shoddycasts Fallout Machinema series: The Storyteller. While Season 1 is the Feels Season 2 they introduce the animations. There is like 4 seasons.

I think 3 is the best place to start because of its strong introduction, and urban setting. Not to say it's everyone's fave, but a great game and fantastic place to start.
