For the power armor perhaps the US had troops in Japan prewar to defend them from China

Japan was occupied by the United States after the Second World War, given the American invasion of china its very likely that Japan would serve as a base of operations thus some vaults would likely have been built for the GI’s stationed there and for power armor to be there in military bases and vaults. It definitely wouldn’t be many vaults. But a few.

This is kind of a different thing. Whether or not they drew it or used a computer doesnt change they made it. Do you know how AI actually works or are you on the same train everyone else is? Ai takes skill to use itself. And if this was an art channel, then for sure. But it is still fan made and nothing is said that he did all art himself. It isnt needed in this case!
