I believe this was FNV Realistic Wasteland Lighting + RWL - Brighter Nights, but I would now recommend Viva New Vegas which I think suggests MoonlightNVSE + Clarity + High Resolution Bloom NVSE. I don't think I have any videos with Viva New Vegas posted yet but I will.

Yeah, ok I'll reinstall FNV. Still think it's a shame Obsidian didn't give us a Legion follower though...

There's a vulpes inculta companion mod in nexus and I gotta say ever since I downloaded it, vulpes had became my essential companion to travel with
