Truth be told, it actually gets referenced a lot more often in Fallout 1 and 2. There's even a "perk" you can actually gain in Fallout 1 and 2 if you go around shooting children, you become labeled as a "childkiller" lol. That's why the "Someguy Series" of mods are so damn well written and memorable. They capture the spirit of Fallout 2 especially (combination of disturbing atrocities, mixed with an offbeat, twisted sense of humor.)

So, I'm legitimately curious on what the 100th episode will be. Will it be a final showdown with Malcolm Holmes, provoked after an Organ Harvester reveals himself as a Malcolm Clone? Or will it be the ending of New Vegas Bounties III, finally killing Marko. Or will it be both? Maybe Marko, during episode 99, reveals the location of Malcolm Holmes' base of operations. And the last episode is an hour-long special with them traveling across everywhere they have left an impact, and eventually having a final battle alongside every companion they've ever had, including clones of those fallen, against a hundred Malcolm Clones, led by Niner.

I believe that the baby that was stabbed by a spear in the circle at the tribal camp was in fact stabbed by Glanton's gang. You could see a baby crib in the tribal camp which would indicate that they were "caring" for it. Though that wouldn't explain why tribals stabbed the first baby at the house and took in the second one.

To be fair, The NCR doesn't exactly have a good reputation among tribals, in fact most of what tribals know about the NCR is Bitter Springs and that they'll kick them out of their homes, so it's kind of justified that the Sand Wolves would go so far to keep the NCR out.
