Two suggestions for you guys in future. 1) Get another cutting board if possible, to have one for meat, one for vegetables. Makes things much safer and less chance of cross contamination. 2) Use flour to help with cooking. The issue of the pasty mix sticking can be solved by giving your rolling pin and board a coating of flour. Loving the cooking videos and can't wait to see more.

Hey long time watcher. This is good. You're good. Keep on doing good. George. Al. It's good. I watched this and I think this is good. Smells good. Tastes good. No artichoke hearts. That's okay. I enjoy seeing your culinary skills develop as well as your friendship. This is going to blossom into something special. It's going to be good. My uncle works at the food network. He is Chopped's "dish b-word" except they say the real thing. He has friends in high places. i.e. Anthony Bourdain, and Meryl Streep. I asked my uncle if he could talk to the food network about making this into a real-deal big-wig show. He said they pretend not to hear anything and don't make eye contact with him. He wrote it on a piece of paper and slid it into their show pitching room. The next day he was doing dishes and found the piece of paper with chocolate on it. He said he'll keep trying to get it through. While it works its way up the "Food" chain I hope you all keep making these sweet sweet recipes. They're good.

In a rocking motion from the tip to the heel of the knife to cut thought the veggies and same for the chicken
