The Enclave in my opinion is a necessary faction to the fallout universe since we have The NCR and Legion recreating the past, The Brotherhood preventing the past, The Followers accepting the future and the Enclave are the past.

That... is not how that works. Spin Gravity works through centrifugal force, driving things away from the center and, essentially, pressing them against the inside of the ring, thus creating gravity. It's the same force that throws you to one side when you are on a rollercoaster and it goes into a turn. Then there is "Thrust Gravity", which is similar, where you move something "upwards" to press the occupants against the floor. If you've ever used an elevator to go upwards, and know the sensation of feeling heavy during that, you'll understand how that works. But the way Archimedes II is set up makes no sense without Star Wars-esque artificial gravity.
