A little themed too! 2) Happy Ork / Scoob - tober, if I haven't said Monster-Mash, yet. 3) Raider faction idea: People of Wal-Mart. 4) Battle report idea: "Who let the dogs out?" All FOWW dogs vs. ? 5) Stuck in a long pause for Nuka Factions, strpped on a mini, then the real world saw me having fun😅.

Quick rules question...can you take the same quick action more then once in round? For some reason i did not think you can attack multiple times via quick action per round?

No you can only use it once as far as I'm aware. Theres not that many characters can do shooting as a quick action, mostly its just movements. The vats rolls act differently, you basically get an extra one or two actions
