Falls Prevention

Everyone has falls, however it can be serious for older people. This video explains some of the reasons why we fall, and gives tips on how to prevent them occurring.

What a great sounding falls prevention program. Lots of valuable advice too, my favourite is "you slip on slippers" that's why they're called slippers!

For the last 3 months I've had to wear only my slippers for two reasons, my shoes are difficult for me to put on due to having a bad back and my ankles are weak to the point that if I'm wearing shoes with any height of sole i tend to "fall off" of my shoe's sole.

Wow, watching how the hems practically melted away within 48 hours, feels so good lol, I used what I talked about the other day, well it actually took about 72 hours for them to totally shrink and disappear, I just go’ogled Melissa Thanderski and the sense of relief is so worth it.
