Super-late on the reply but the 'jam' part at the end (at least the quad part) is a lot jam from Blue Devils circa-2009. You can look up Blue Devils Drumline 2009 at the Rose Bowl and find it, you'll hear it. As for the first part? Not certain.

First focus on your playing angle. Most insane detail that I ever got was from one of the MCM quads in 2016. Don't change anything about your hand approach. Think of it as knocking on a door. Now, just pull the stick back some. You'll eventually get open and resonant rimshots.
