False deserves way more subscribers. I have no clue what the issue is as she has good mic presence, is a PvP terror, has interesting builds, fun with other Hermits, great adventures. And she actually cared enough to finish the transition story from season 8.

If you have any problems with water freezing you can water log a stair or slab to prevent that

So it's fine no point in abandoning a farm she put alot of work into and discouraging her from trying to do more redstone projects copper she can sell for the whole season that's why I said it'll be fine.

Ice and snow maybe. It would match the area so you could use it for building and for selling. I know doc made an auto snow farm last season but I have no clue if there is auto ice farms

Shulkercraft or ilmango have some pretty good and easy shulker farm videos if you get in early with shulkerboxes you should make all the diamonds you'll need this season and if it's a Lil too technical or a pain to keep up with maybe team up with someone like Doc or Mumbo share the load spread the wealth and get some good content for videos.

An automatic moss/azaleas bush farm might be a good idea to start on early. It may not be a big seller right away but as hermits start on bigger builds they may want to buy those items in bulk and not have to farm it themselves

1.18 added per player mob caps, so if that's turned on on the server, you should still get your allocation in your drowned farm

There's still a server mob cap, so if Tango's drowned reinforcement farm kicks into high gear it can prevent mobs from spawning anywhere in the overworld.

I think you should add the dark oak anywhere under the red stained glass. Which would probably give a really cool appearance of shadowy reflections under the glass.

I have never once played a game and enjoyed it so much as I had when I played this game with my friends. Our entire lives and everything we are is entirely based on a certain togetherness, and as such this game would not be the same alone. Sometimes we need a reprieve from the exhausting show we must maintain among our peers. And the lonesome peaks and valleys of this game come along and give us just that. Redstoning Industry with False. Nice! I like it. For now I'd genuinly consider finding a slime chunk (the old fashioned way... 10% of chunks are slime chunks, statistically digging out 10 chunks to allow for slime spawn, which is 3x3 empty space, so a tunnel probably), and capitalise slimes! There's not that much on the server (and honestly, I think you can outdo mumbo there). Alternatively, considering you found a swamp, perhaps witches? Can do that with a raid farm in your industry district as well. Loved the vid as always, Falsey! Thank you.

Ok in like all the HC9 eps so far, I was bopping to the timelapse music and having a good time and going “wow that build looks cool :D” and I expect the footage to stop but it just… doesn’t? And it goes on and on and it’s crazy to see how much False made. Like literally every single episode so far has me in a state of ?!1??1!11!!1 THE TIMELAPSE’S STILL GOING ?1!?!!1!1 :D anyways the casual contemplation of ren’s murder 🤠 it’s cute how hermits shift when they see each other haha Really liked the addition of the stream clip! I think a general mob farm is one of the essential builds in any long term Minecraft world. I like the design you used! I don’t think you can get tridents from that but you should be good for copper.

I really love the dark oak on the inside as it adds a little dimension to the build since the inside is darker giving it a larger and more sunken feel.

I wouldn't do the stripped dark oak logs if I were you, but what would look good (and I use this a lot) is regular oak logs interspersed within the stripped spruce logs. It adds a bit of texture and is slightly lighter but still blends in pretty nicely I think!

Redstone guess: Slabs for spawning platforms, but that's too many for just platforms, probably also to spawnproof an area. Kelp for bubblevators. Fence gates and signs for water streams. Magma to kill mobs. General passive mob farm?

An industrial area in an icy biom can be somewhat tricky. The water for item streams can freeze so you have to put torches or something similiar next to the water sources^^ (you can also put blocks above them I guess^^)

Once the caves start getting lit up you will start finding the slime chunks and all the slime! They started killing my spawner farms because of mob cap. Love what you are doing and can't wait to see what you do!

I'm fairly sure mob spawning was changed in 1.18 so that everybody has their own mob cap around them, and you don't need to light up spawn for mob spawning somewhere else.

You can also try a lighter smooth interior than a darker one. It would also contrast the rough exterior since the inside can slightly be seen from outside.

That farm won't produce any tridents. In Java, tridents only drop from natural drowned spawns which are equipped with tridents. The best type of farms fire tridents involve tons of bubble columns and are best located in rivers.

I believe changes to Java make mob spawns dependent on the player themselves. So your mob cap will only be in the area you are in and not dependent on other players in the world. So lighting up spawn chunks should not affect your ability to get mobs.

Maybe the path connecting the bases on this side of the river could be a boardwalk all along the edge, and then the bridge across could come off of that so the bridge doesn't have to span as large of a distance

If you find a large cave and light it up you'll find slime chunks, the caves are large enough that the big ones usually have more than one slime chunk. It's doing the cave lighting that's the real challenge. I think if you can make a halfway decent slime farm this season it could be profitable.

Lighting up the caves at spawn won't help. 1.18 brought with it individual mobcaps, so you will always have mobs spawning around you regardless of what other players are doing. Lighting up the local caves could make a big difference though if there's a lot of them. However, 1.18 also came with an increased world height. Spawn attempts pick a random altitude between the bottom of the world and the highest block in that column. There are simply more heights to choose from now, meaning there's a lower chance for the platforms in your farm getting picked. To compensate for this you have to either build the farm lower in the world (which requires a lot more spawnproofing) or make it bigger.

Normally trees are brighter on the inside then the outside but I think just out of visual effect the darker inside would make it look kinda gloomy Hard to visualize the feeling of the room by only seeing two blocks 😅

With the copper, you may want to make a chamber that spawns reinforcement zombies to boost the rates of the farm, tango just built one if you need help with the mechanics of it
