One word: jealousy. The first time I realized that was in the early '90s I was standing on the sidewalk on High Street Kensington when I observed a number of persons of a particular race exiting a building, all of them carrying a mat. It suddenly dawned on me how lucky I was that we got our natural tan that others have to get burnt in the sun and on tanning beds to slightly achieve. #goproudlyblack
