Who actually built the structure, was it the workers, the owners of the building surely didn't ever hold a shovel or brick laying trowel? Where was the Dept. of Labour before the collapse, inspecting employment records, that supervisor who escaped, ask them why illegal foreign workers are used, ask border control & home affairs why are these illegal immigrants in the country, maybe they encouraged here to vote? We have a government who collects taxes but transfers their responsibilities to monitor & police to the private sector from whom they collected the taxes? The criminal negligent are ultimately the government because they are the root cause?
