Family Business Challenges

Family businesses have been an important part of the economy and of society. Family businesses have different characteristics to commercial ones, this ranges from the loyalty of the staff, or family members, to finance and responsibility for the business. This class will introduce the topic of the family business and will be a starting point for our later discussion of the topic and assessment of its importance in the economy.
