I was in the audience for the filming of this episode. I spent a month in L.A. going to all sorts of shows. I was in the Marines and on leave while on my way to Misawa, Japan. I distinctly remember Vanessa Williams was VERY pregnant and the one singer refused to sing Don't Worry Be Happy because he was sick of people asking him to sing it.

Dione Warwick is raising money for her OWN foundation? A 'foundation' is a tax shelter, first and foremost.
