I own 2 pace 500.2 models and the second I purchased because the first had a damaged rear wheel because the brake discs became faulty, I wrecked but was fine my issue was they had had the rear wheel assembly out of stock for months!! I’m sure it’s still like this now this was in 03/15/23. My second model I gave them the benefit of the doubt and wanted the extra battery. Still many problems if not more now and the NEW bike battery didn’t even work. Just my 2 cents

They have taken care of all of my issues. My experience with customer service was very good. Worst case was waiting 6 weeks to get my bike back up and running one time.

As an electric bike owner and enthusiast, the key to any E Bike is 1. Battery ( UL tested and certified? ) 2. Motor ( and motor location, wheel hub v mid drive) 3. True range is never what they advertise There’s other features but those are individual features that some may or may not prefer. Make sure you get one with a replaceable or switchable battery. Aventon is middle of the road quality.

Looks like the kids fit pretty well. Do you think two smaller kids in bike seats would fit as well? I'm trying to justify this bike over something like a Radwagon 5.

Did anyone notice an extreme wobble in the rear when you have a passenger. I bought my Abound a few months ago and it’s pretty good but I just installed the seat and cage and took my daughter, around 100 lbs, for a ride and it was pretty nerve-wracking with the wobble in the rear. It didn’t feel safe.

Thank you for the video! I'm considering buying one of these but the question I have is, can my 125lb wife ride in the back? I'm 180lbs (well under the 440lb limit) so it's more about will she fit than can the bike support us.

I’m on the fence between this one and the flyer via which looks like it has more room for the kids and back. Do your two kids really like it back there? In other pictures it looks like the front kid is stuck right behind your butt.
