Plenty of water, plenty of rest and you'll be on your way to "make others bow for you". As for height, not much you can do other than get adjusted by a chiropractor. Let them pop your legs if they forget and work om your posture. Just work your rear delts those are your stabilizing muscles. Back to height, Peter isn't 6ft so you don't have to worry about that. Just fix your skin and take care of your body. If your face can pull off long hair then that is a bonus. But I will wait for your answer about "beautiful". Again once you bulid the muscle the jawline, younger face because Test increases your GH which gives you the fountation of youth.

I find it really strange because I've watched this episode ages ago and the animation and the dialogue were also out of sync, but it was a dub, so used to believe the dubbing production was shit because the other 4 or 5 old episodes I watched were also out of sync and the animation looked odd.
