By the oldest recorded definition of that word the “N word” was never a racial word or slur it is defined as an Ignorant person or being, which was later modified to include the slang for black people much like the Swastika actually being a symbol of Hope and good will towards men in many religions and regions throughout the world but it was warped by the Nazis as a symbol of hate “wrongfully,” so technically I can say the N word all I want as long as it is used correctly and not racially. The actual term that is racist is derived from the Spanish word for “The Color Black” and because that word was also used quite frequently both offensively and accurately as well as the word that was used incorrectly I have to watch what, how, when, and where I use words of such nature and have to constantly make sure I’m not using them incorrectly or offensively.

The problem with understanding the words the true meaning and the history of its abuse is that I can’t use it casually without people getting pissed off because “It’s racist, which suddenly makes me Racist” which isn’t the case. If the public learned a little more accurate definitions of terms used and had classes dedicated to understanding Hate speech and terms so as to avoid such actions our country wouldn’t be as fucked up as it is I think 🤔 and we would understand each other better and not hate everyone for every little thing so much.

@@WingManFang1 "Hate Speech" doesn't exist. At least not here in America. (However, I would argue that the concept itself is absurd in any context.) I am forever grateful to our founding fathers for giving us our 1st Amendment. Also, concerning the use of ANY word, be it a slur/derogatory term or whatever, people should still be free to speak it and use it any way they wish. After all, a word is merely a distinct audible noise expelled from a human. It has no effect on anything. The only way any word has power, is if the people hearing it, ALLOW it to have that power. Thus, if people stop getting offended over a word, the supposed "damage" that word supposedly causes, ceases to exist. You'll notice that us white people do not get offended when called things like "Honkey" or "Cracker." Because, we do not allow these words to hold any value or power. We do not let such a minor thing affect us.

The movement has a key purpose, and that is to spread awareness to these obstacles and fight back against them, as well as to reform the country into one that alleviates the influences of hatred and educates their future leaders accurately, without the false sense of grandeur. I don't know what you think "the media" is, but social media commentators that spread nonsensical propaganda about imaginary hate groups while uplifting the real ones are also part of the media. There are 838 active hate groups in the States and BLM, a movement, is not one of them. You were also the only one who mentioned the movement in the first place. I just wanna show yall a hidden joke that goes around in Family Guy. Later on from earlier seasons, the main cast begins to act more terrible than before, and basically become more unlikable. There's times where the show writers tackle real world issues, one instance talking about vaccinating your children. In that episode, Peter and Lois decide to become anti-vaccinators, which their protests causes the town to stop vaccinations, and get it quarantined. Essentially, what Seth is telling you is "Hey, hey you. This is you, if you follow this example or belief," essentially saying that anti-vaccinators are Peter Griffin, a man who once tried to stick his tongue in a pencil sharpener.

I work in retail, I can honestly say, most people do it just to see if they can or if they can get away with, the odds of someone who's stealing actually being heavily impoverished (at least in the area of the state I'm in) is actually very very rare, I watched a guy con someone out of 6 bucks for a Gatorade and then ran out with the drink and the money, he got into an expensive car and ran, some people are just pricks.
