എനിക്ക് Star health policy ഉണ്ട് പക്ഷെ ഞാൻ ഒരു accident Case claim ചെയ്തപ്പോൾ അവർ എനിക്ക് hospital bill അതും പതിനായിരം കുറച്ചു തന്നു. അതു കഴിഞ്ഞുള്ള treatment cash ഒന്നും തന്നില്ല. 3 ലക്ഷം കവറേജ് ഉള്ളപ്പോൾ ആണ് അൻപതിനായിരം രൂപ തരാൻ പറ്റില്ല എന്നു പറയുന്നത്. 13 വർഷമായി Policy എടുത്തിട്ട്. ആദ്യമായാണ് claim ചെയ്യുന്നത് അപ്പോഴാണ് അവരുടെ ഈ മറുപടി

ok പക്ഷെ അതു കഴിഞ്ഞുള്ള treatment cash അവർ തരുന്നില്ല. Policy പ്രകാരം എനിക്ക് കിട്ടേണ്ടതാണ്

അവർ പറയുന്നത് നിങ്ങൾക്ക് cash തന്നു. പിന്നീടുള്ള medicine cash തരില്ല എന്ന് . ഞങ്ങളുടെ policy പ്രകാരം കിട്ടേണ്ടതാണ്. accident head injury and bone fracture ആയിരുന്നു. ഞങ്ങൾ ഒരു ആവശ്യം വരുമ്പോൾ ഉപയോഗിക്കാം എന്നു കരുതി ഇതുവരെ Policy ഉപയോഗിച്ചില്ല. എന്നിട്ടും Star health ഞങ്ങളോട് കാണിച്ചത് ഇങ്ങനെയാണ്
