1. The family information form says to fill all the names both in English and in native language. How to write names in Hindi? I tried typing with virtual Hindi keyboard but it's displaying a question mark for every character that I type. 2. when a field doesn't apply e.g. spouse information field, then do the applicant needs to write N/A in every column of the field like name and DOB of spouse and also do he need to tick the "No" box in "Will accompany you to Canada"? 3. What should be mentioned in the present occupation column if currently the applicant is doing no job as he has just cleared his 12th grade in March 2018

For writing in native language you can take print out of this form and fill it manually. Yes tick no and also it always good to mention N/A. If applicant is not working then you can mention unemployed

Sign is only require for a paper application, note one is only applicable if applicant doesn't have listed spouse or doesn't have a spouse. If you are applying online no need to sign the form

1. Whoever died first (grandma or grandpa), you indicate his/her status as "Married". The remaining grandparent who died later will have the status of "Widowed". Peace be upon their souls. 2. For your parents: If you are planning to bring them to Canada, i believe it is important to get a supporting document such as your birth cert and their marriage cert. These legal documents will clearly show your connection with them.

If you are applying for a visitor visa and your wife is coming with you then click yes on field that says spouse or kids are accompany you to Canada. You should get a letter from your cousin that he/she will take care of your accommodation, flight details is not mandatory, I recommend to do not book flight without visa approval.
