Silly question: Does the date need to be printed or hand written? Also which colour ink should the sign be?

There is no specification on the ink colour. You can use either black or blue. It is always better to print all the details (including the date).

Nice Video I have traveled 3-4 times outside the country on a business visa sponsored by my company for 2 weeks each. So Do we have to mention it in personal History? If yes then how as I did not change my job I am working in the same company during my visit. I have already provided this information in my PR application. And there is no separate section for Travel History in IMM5669 form
