As a veteran target shopper I know that there’s school supplies in the school supply section and also in the office section which is near the party decorations and candles upfront. I used to buy my daughters dance wear at walmart. Theyll have different stuff there from what I could get here, but shoes are one thing I won't buy online especially, i dont like personally buying any clothes online because my kids are weird shapes.
