Family of 5 visit the Island of Elba (Tuscany, Italy) in a VW Camper Part 2

After a long lockdown for Coronavirus here in Italy, we were excited to go camping again. As we had 4 nights available we decided it was a good time to visit Elba, a beautiful island off the coast of Tuscany, and somewhere we had wanted to visit for years. It is also our last trip in our beloved Cali as we plan to sell it and change to a newer van later this year. In Part 1 of our trip, where we stay at a beachside campsite and enjoy the sea and countryside.
This video is Part 2 where we move to the northern rockier side of the island for snorkelling and SUP boarding, plus visiting the top of the highest mountain on the island. And on the way home we have a quick stop at the leaning tower of Pisa!

Great trip. Elba looks fantastic. Think it would be a bit of a mission for us to visit on a 2 week holiday. How lucky waking up to a pirate ship coming into the bay. My boy's would love that. Hope you don't have to wait too much longer for your nugget. Will there be a channel name change? Scudo camper kept the name when he bought a Transit.

Pat Coburn we must admit to often getting lucky with our parking spots! We will certainly miss the Cali too and it has not been an easy decision as we have had lots of great times with it. RobW W glad you enjoyed them! The Nugget should arrive in the winter, depending on timings. The base van is manufactured in Turkey and then transported to Westfalia in Germany for the camper conversion. It all takes time! We have a few more videos to release and ones we are yet to edit between now and then, so we hope you enjoy those too. As regards our name....🤔 “The Nuggetiers!” ....well, maybe!?

Cali Camper Family Generally there are 6 nuggets in a box...you might have to get busy...and that will be a handful! Good luck with getting the new van. We have 3 kids too. Loving our 3 seater beach, but can see if want a kitchen you will need a bigger van
