Why would she leave the airport if she's on standby and didn't have an update on when her next flight would be yet? It's a good idea to interview the airline staff who spoke to her about her travel status and when her next flight would be. If she was waiting to confirm her next flight or if they already gave her an idea it would take at least a day. It's looking more like she left airport knowing someone or having some contact of someone there from before. Otherwise she wouldn't have left without getting an update first from travel agents as to when her next flight would be, to wander in the most congested and high traffic city.

This is also before her dad sadly committed suicide at the airport. His emotional and mental health was too much for him to handle his daughter missing. That broke my heart, they want to be optimistic but the truth is when women go missing like this it usually ends in a tragedy 😭. I want to believe she is ok, but it will be a miracle. I think about Gaby Petito when she left on that van life adventure w her finance, he came back then disappeared. She didn’t and her parents knew nothing. Then the finance was found dead, and Gaby’s remains were found in a state park thanks to footage from some KZbinrs that happen to remember they were in the same park around the same time.

I feel she intentionally missed the connection flight. Usually airlines wait for passengers also her ex-boyfriend made it to NY who was on the same flight and same destination. Her text sounds like she met someone online while she was in Hawaii and was meeting with him but he was a bad guy? so this is her choice to be gone? that's why they cannot show the footage of an unidentified person?

You all need to stop speculating that he did not jump himself. The family themselves, coroner and LAPD said he had jumped himself. Let me make this clear, his own family knows. We don't know why he did it. I don't know or believe he had anything to do with her disappearance. Multiple sources say, even the family, say him and his daughter were estranged for quite some time with no details. Personally I think it was guilt over some family issue that caused him to do this but, let me put this clear, not her disappearance. Google SF Investigates Hannah Kobayashi because that needs more attention I've watched every new clip everyday as someone who has been on this case from the beginning but out of state. No I do not know him.

The interviewer did the question in past tense he responded in present simple to go back and reply in past tense again. Don't twist stuff. It's other people pain not a puzzle for you to solve at home.
