What do you do in the heat of summer to keep it cool?

Our personal RV has two Air Conditioners. The insulation on it is pretty good as well. We haven't been in extremely hot weather, but with most of the RVs we've had, we can stay cool until the temp gets into the 90's and then the RV can get a bit warm. Not so hot it's unlivable, but something like 75 might be the lowest it can get instead of the usual 70 degrees.
