Personally I don’t see the need for two washer and dryers or all that open shelving above but they must have a need for it. Bathroom tile is pretty but I wouldn’t of repeated it in a second bathroom. Love your renovations and looking forward to seeing it finished and furnished.

I could just move right in, I wouldn’t change a single thing. Love the black windows with the warmth of the wood casing, the white oak floors are stunning, the soft green tile is so restful. The black staircase might be a dust magnet but it has such great impact. Great family story, the shrine burial is such a sweet heartwarming gesture. Congrats guys, you do such good projects, love love your style. Keep the content coming, I’d love to see an update video when the kitchen island comes in. 🇨🇦
