I remember when I helped matty open up his restaurant that closed down now (P&L Burger) back in 2013 and I gotta say what you see is what you get! None of this is a put on hahaha. He's a very good guy and super fuckin funny! I remember when he came in to the kitchen to chat with the cooks (5 of us) and him just being quick witted and hilarious with his comments haha he said I looked like a "Greek model" and then proceeded to say the guy next to me looked like a "weirdo with a 90s pony tail".
