Decision fatigue is so real, as a single mother of two being in charge of myself and two other humans decisions it’s mental; without planning and scheduling ie outfits, healthy meals, extra activities, childcare etc it gets so depressing. On a brighter note my 2 year old finds your voice so therapeutic and this vlogmas she has peacefully fallen asleep to you every night. Also we love Filippos wisdom and coolness 💃🏾 and personally the sheer bliss of your relationship. You’ve literally kept me alive this 2022. Anyway TMI sending love and light ❤

So interesting to hear you speak about decision fatigue. I’m a 33 year old mum of 3 daughters (12, 9 and 5) and the amount of decisions I have to make in one day blows my mind, to the point where my head is just a hollow cave come 8pm and literally good for nothing. Of course, as a parent, you are who they come to for everything, but I realised they were coming to me for things they could totally sort out themselves, and I was doing myself and them a disservice by making those decisions for them. I have to preserve some of my head space for me, so now they know they have to think about what they’re going to ask me first, and if they think they could safely do it themselves, that’s what they do. Making constant decisions is not easy, and making decisions for others on top of that makes the day even harder. I know our situations are a little different, but we are essentially both the captains of our ships which comes with huge responsibility and a tonne of frikkin’ decisions! Also, Tamara, this Vlogmas has been an absolute diamond of a series. Your happiness and contentedness radiates through the screen and is beautiful to watch; you now have my three daughters fan-girling and every night I hear “Can we watch Tamara!?” I’ve watched you for years and years, and seeing a woman work to get to the top of her game is so inspiring. You’re a real joy and Filippo is just fantastic too. Defo win the coolest couple award 🥇

Decision fatigue is something I experience. For years I just ate the same salad for lunch, the same colors of clothing, and the same breakfast. I get very physically drained from making decisions.

Decision fatigue is real. Years ago I read about it (why Jobs and Zuckerberg wore the same thing every day) and I immediately started streamlining my life. It changed the game for me especially in my former teaching career. I’m not as extreme with my fashion, but I do plan and hang out my outfits for the week- down to the socks 😂. Btw, those Chanel resort pants are worth their weight in gold. You’ve worn them numerous times in your videos and they’ve held up really well. Usually the only Chanel rtw that I look at are the jackets for obvious reasons, but you’re making me pay more attention to their clothing.

agree with you. Love the country, love going there, love visiting, but just not a good place to live in. Decision fatigue is an interesting concept. The sooner we realize we are not in control of everything the easier it is to make decisions. Therefore, the realization and conscious understanding helps eliminate the fatigue. :o) Your doing great with Vlogmas! Thank you for all the hard work...
