Nzinga King, the 19-year-old Rastafarian who alleges her dreadlocks were trimmed while in custody at the Four Paths Police Station in Clarendon, on July 22, told The Gleaner that when she enquired of the woman corporal why her hair was being cut, she was told that it was for safety as she could use her hair to hang herself.
