I am originally from Bolton England but have been in the US for the past 40 years came here with my family back in 1980 and English food is definitely something that I have missed all these years yes we can find some stuff here but it's not the same. The one thing that is very hard to find here is crumpets and they are definitely my most favorite English food. I'm sure I could order them online and get them shipped here or maybe there is some place in the US that I could find them but they're definitely not an easy product to obtain. I'm so jealous that you guys are eating them right now. I'm definitely going to need to go online t Amazon to find some. I definitely love your videos, you make me feel like I'm back at home in England...keep them coming... I'm a big fan!!!

#Livebutnotlive from my kitchen in Germany making me some red pepper and couchette pinwheels with mixed salad 🥗! Enjoying my vacation for the next 8 days ! The food looks great! Cheese with jam is a great combination btw! I would like to try crumpets but where to buy them 😂 I know someone who lives in Brackley , maybe I’ll have a chance to visit her next year to try all of this food ! Don’t know if this is something that works as a baguette filling but how about potato salad with sausages , potato salad with sausages is a Christmas dinner for a lot of people here or red cabbage with apples and the beef Wellington that you had !

Your red pepper and courgette pinwheels with mixed salad sound absolutely delicious! As for crumpets, you can usually find them in the bread or bakery section of supermarkets in the UK. They are a nice treat, often enjoyed with butter or other spreads. Potato salad with sausages and red cabbage with apples sound great for the Christmas baguettes. If you get the chance to visit Brackley, it could be a wonderful opportunity to try some different foods. Happy cooking, and enjoy your vacation! 💚
