Aw man, IKEA. In 2001 I remodeled 2 kids rooms and a kitchen all in one go. All IKEA. Spent days with the catalog and planned it all out. Favorite remodel ever.

I enjoyed watching you go around Ikea - it's better than having to do it myself. That place stresses me out. Coincidentally, I have just finished my meal prep for next week's work lunches and one of the things I made was my version of the Ikea plant balls. I am having them tomorrow, in a wrap with homemade vegan sriracha mayo, sticky rice and salad.

@@FamilyFreedom Okay, so I eyeball the ingredients. There's not much to go wrong. 250g white mushrooms. ½ can chickpeas or about 150g cooked chickpeas. Any beans, really. ½ large onion Blitz all of this in a processor or finely chop. Cook in a frying pan until all the liquid has come out of the mushrooms. Add mixture to a bowl. Add a couple of handfuls of breadcrumbs, a handful of fresh parsley (or 2tsp dried) teaspoon of garlic powder or granules, teaspoon of onion powder, a teaspoon of Marmite or white miso paste, some nutmeg, cumin, black pepper and salt all to taste. I add a tablespoon of ground flax seed or similar with a small handful of oat or wheat flour to give it some structure. If you want to simplify the seasoning, I sometimes replace the nutmeg and cumin with a couple of spoonful of Old Bay Seasoning. Then get your hands in and mush it all together. If it's too wet, add some flour. If it's too dry, add some chickpea cooking water - or just water. Once it's all smushed up make small balls (this bit is optional - roll them in more breadcrumbs) and place on a lined baking tray. You should get about 20 balls. I spray with a little oil and air fry for 15-20 mins at 200°c turning half way, but you can just as easily shallow fry them. They keep in the fridge for up to a fortnight and are just as nice hot or cold. They freeze really well either precooked or uncooked.

As far as I know, the complete room price is for the items displayed in the room where the sign is, we call them here in Germany neighbourhoods. Each room has its own story to tel, then the complete price to go with it . The % finance terms were if you are eligible to get it, for ex credit score. Hope this info helps 😊

I love a trip to IKEA and this year since we bought our house I feel like we’ve been living in IKEA we seem to always be there 😂 it’s just full of such great ideas! 💡 and I love a good kallax unit I think you guys got me obsessed with them 😂! And that's the one thing I talk about everytime I go ikea!😂 I always pick up the sandwich bags aswell from ikea! They are just always so handy! That Ikea store is fantastic. I don't know what's wrong with our Perth store lately. I think the suppliers have forgotten about us. The stock is down and the restaurant has hardly anything, especially nothing vegan. The drinks station hasn't been working either. It's very disappointing. I hope things improve soon.
