@@prabaindianfoodvlogs No personal problem brother, I was a customer from my grandfather days, few years back due to online reviews and videos the crowd increased. They cant manage the crowd, so they treat customers like that. Also, they are not manufacturing any oil, I came to know when I bought oil in pkt, it will be mentioned in it. They buy frm outside and sell it. Ghee only they are manufacturing as per the owners words in this video. Even I was in a belief that this shop provides the best quality and taste. After buying ghee frm Triplicane shop, then only I came know ghee which I was buying from Giri & co, for so many years is not the best.
