RIP to you Mr. Amos ✊🏾 I did a book report on him for Black History month as a little boy, and his cookies were certainly one of my favorites.

Amos is my nephew's middle name bc my sister & BIL ate Famous Amos cookies from the vending machine whenever she visited his dorm room when they first met. They continue to be one of our favorite treats as a family. RIP Wally - I hope you know how many lives you touched. ❤

R.I.P. to this entrepreneur and talent agent, Famous Amos... Happiness in a bag of cookies. I liked his "Taxi" appearance with Andy Kaufman in the 1970's. He taught young kids to read also.

I don't know much about the cookies, but if they caught the attention of The Temptations and Marvin Gaye, they must be good. Now, he'll be in eternal peace!🙂

I remember eating this cookies as a kid. They werent very good and they hurt your gums after awhile but its what we had back then. There are much better options now for store bought cookies.

Then they probably weren't the original he sold the company and they changed the recipe to save cost.

Typical: just like the cotton gin Famous Amos lost his company? By 1985, revenue was down and the company lost money. He lost his home. The company was sold to the Shansby Group and Wally remained as spokesperson for a year...
