This is a re-upload. A few errors that I couldn’t let slide slipped through the cracks in the original version. In the age of disinformation I am loathe to add to the noise, so I hope you’ll have patience if from time to time a video is re-uploaded in the name of accuracy. And besides, it gives you a good excuse to enjoy it again :) Thanks all you eagle-eyed viewers, for keeping me honest.

Yes, Doug McClure of The Virginian has one , his co-star Charles Bickford has not, perhaps because he was estranged from his family at the time of his death. He didn't mention his former wife or two children in his 1965 autobiography.

@@nicfewer8393 I’m guessing some don’t want a marker. I didn’t know Charles Bickford was estranged from his family. Sad.

Jesse, the age of the grave may determine how up to date the headstones were! Probably no family to get him a proper readable stone!🙄
@jimtownsend78994 жыл бұрын
I don't know, Jesse. In my case, once my wife and I are gone, nobody will visit us. Our kids and grandkids just aren't interested in going to cemeteries. I sometimes question the need for a plaque, as we will be cremated and placed above ground, per my wife's wishes. As I am wont to say on occasions, "A hundred years from now, nobody's gonna know the difference."

11:24. William Haines reinvented himself after L.B. Mayer fired him. He became one of L.A.'s leading interior designers. In "Feud" there is a scene where Hedda Hopper is taunting Joan Crawford mentioning to her that she was being forced to sell her signature Billy Haines furniture piece by piece because of her financial situation.
