No ths is not perfect biryani only northern and western people of India makes it perfect? Am originally frm western India Surat navsari side live in U.K. we have perfect biryani better than Hyderabadi thy use kevra water and milk which is wrong and nut’s that’s ok even boil eggs to garnish is ok!

In western India we have so many vegetarian dish and pakora which othr part of India don’t cook it we have many varieties! We also make beef ka Cofta patta and unthiu and khaman dhokhla and müthia and vada and sheer khurma with puri for eid and semolina zarda many mor veg dish dall pilav bagan ka bartha pav baji lilva ka salan bagan ki sath bhindi and many mor! App khud check kijyi and are gud Muslims follow Islamic low! Allah haiz !

I have tried this method same to same. Meri biryani kabhi zindage may itni ache nahi bani jitni is dafa bani ha. The chef is right bina pyaz kay biryani ka jo zaiqa ata ha wo pyaz kay sath nahi ata. Bohat easy aur ache recipe thi. 👍🏽

Can you please share how sella rice was made . I normally put basmati rice in boiling water , then once rice starts boiling i put a timer for 4 mins and remove them. Sella rice will be first time for me .

66% boil because rice layers divide into 3 layers, we boil 2 layers which is called "aik kani" means left 1 kani uncooked. For kache gosht ki biryani we boiled 2 kani means boiled 33%. Afzal bhai please correct me if I am wrong, JazakAllah khair.

It was perfect ! I followed ur recipe exactly and it tasted just like Karachi Biryani ! My husband is from Karachi and I’m from Lahore and he was very insistent to have AUTHENTIC Karachi spicy Biryani !
