For Boiling Rice

Star Anise 1pcs
Bay Leave 1pcs
Salt 6tbs
Use lemon slices, fresh coriander and fresh mint while putting it in steam.

So i made this biryani in dophair .. i made 1kg chicken ans 1 kg rice .. The best biryani in taste ..rice were flavourful,spicy and rich. I was afraid tht chicken kachi reh jayay gi but to my surprise it was fully cooked. The only issue i faced was that chicken was pheeki pheeki ..coz it was just boiled \ steamed with masala. But that cud be tweaked by applying half of masala powders when we rub chicken with zarda rung.. will gladly make this again and again. Kun foods ..Jazak.Allah khair .
