All these famous women so yukky looking in paintings!! May I add something? Queen Anne Boleyn was known for her "dark eyes." This may mean dark, thick eyebrows too...Queen Elizabeth 1, her daughter, never portrayed with such.

Marie Antoinette. She was not as endearing and loving as modern day researchers set her up to be. If she truly was about her "people" they would not have turned against her so. She did spend extravagantly and it caught up to her in a very bad way!
